Designing one passenger
experience across
20 airports
Led UX/UI across Finavia’s website renewal and Helsinki Airport app, helping create a shared passenger experience across web, mobile and on-site digital services.
01
Scale
- Many journeys.
- One passenger experience.
The challenge was not simply designing individual touchpoints. It was creating enough shared logic that very different journeys still felt like parts of one coherent passenger experience.

04
Designing across contexts
Many journeys. One passenger experience.
Flight information, airport navigation, parking, lounges and commerce each had their own logic, owners and operational or commercial constraints. The design work was to give them enough shared structure that a passenger moving between the website, the app and on-site screens, at any of Finavia’s airports, met one service rather than many.
